Melanie Nomura is a certified Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Master’s Student in

Clinical Nutrition at the University of Aberdeen.

She specialises in personalised nutrition, weight management nutrition psychology and behavioural

change.

Her approach is centered on understanding YOU—your unique health history, your body, your lifestyle, your habits, your preferences, your challenges, and your goals. Because the truth is, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition.

Over the years, she has seen how frustrating it can feel to know what you “should” do, yet

struggle to turn knowledge into lasting change.

Real transformation is not only about nutrients and calories. It involves our relationship with food, our behaviours, our environment, our emotions, and the way we build habits that actually fit into our lives.

This is why her work combines evidence-based nutrition with a holistic understanding of health and the psychology behind eating behaviour.

More about Melanie

Her journey into nutrition

Melanie's own health journey has played an important role in shaping the way she works today.

After experiencing chronic health challenges, she understands what it feels like to search for answers,

try different approaches, and sometimes feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice.

This experience led her to build a practice that combines scientific evidence with a truly holistic and

personalised approach. She

believes lasting change does not come from strict protocols or rigid rules.

It comes from understanding the individual as a whole: their health history, nutritional status, habits,

environment, relationship with food and personal circumstances. Her goal is to help you create

realistic strategies that fit into your life and support long-term, sustainable change.
